Hello everyone. I'm new here, and I'm from Nigeria. A client ordered this cake and I'm not sure of how to go about the drawings. Do I use piping gel? Or royal icing? Thank you for the anticipated response!Decorating

I believe this is melted chocolate, but you could certainly do it with piping gel or royal icing, even buttercream, if that is what you are comfortable using.  If you are not confident freehand drawing on the cake, do your drawing on a piece of paper, lay it on top of the cake and use a pin to prick the outline into the frosting.  This will give you a guide for piping.  I suggest this because, although I've been painting and drawing all of my life, I am not comfortable with painting directly onto a cake.

That tip of pin pricing is something I used for years I can’t see the picture but sure it will be a good way to get the drawing right

The tip of pinpricking a drawing onto the cake is a good one I did that for years
