Hello! I am just starting my home based bakery business! I make many cakes from scratch, but when I make cupcakes for kids, I use a box mix. 

So my question is, how do I create the ingredient list for my cupcakes that I make with a box mix? How do I know what order to place the additional ingredients that aren’t included in the mix ingredients but are added in (eggs, milk, oil?) The requirements state that I need to “list the ingredients from most to least by weight” but how do I know in what order to include the additional ingredients?? Thanks so much for your help!!

You probably need to ask that of  the agensy that licensed you   Requirements can vary from agency to agency— even from person to person within each agency!
