Hello everyone,
can someone give me an idea how to make snow on cake? What kind of icing should I used? can royal icing would work ?
i want to make skin cake with little bit hill etc for my birthday party.

What about using coconut for the snow?
what about some type of meringue frosting that you could take a spoon and make drifts etc?
