I am doing a small bridal show this weekend and am wanting to do a couple of dummy Cakes for the event. What do you decorate these with so they hold up? I will be doing both a sheet cake and some mini cupcakes for samples, have a slide show, 2 dummy Cakes and a naked cake to display. They only expect 75-150 bride's so I don't want to go to crazy with a display this time. Let me know what you use etc.

Thank you in advance!
