My wife has done a baking course and she wants to open her own bakery. She had already completed her orders but now she is planning to move towards the next big step with me. I don't have much idea about bakery related things. I would be glad to know if you suggest to me which place will be best for the opening of our bakery?

Begin by finding out the rules/laws for your town, county, state Can one work out of their home? Do you need a separate kitchen or special equipment? Must one locate in a retail zone or store? Are you both willing to give up family time, work hard for little profit? Invest profit back into your business w/new, improved equipment etc? Think long & hard about all that If there are little kiddos put them ahead of her desires for now
