I don't have all the ingredients to make it from scratch, so I was wondering if I can mix vanilla buttercream with cream cheese whipped frosting, or if I can make the vanilla buttercream into cream cheese buttercream, if so what would the amounts will be correct. I need to make 2lbs.

I never measure icing ingredients. I guess it depends upon how much buttercream you already have, but I would think one 8 ounce block would work. You may need to add a little bit of extra sugar. By the way, cream cheese frosting is exactly like vanilla buttercream, just with cream cheese added.
