I usually use a full bottle(50ml) of Queens Brandy Essence for my Christmas Pudding double batch, however since it is no longer available the next option is either 250ml of brandy(but this wets the mixture A LOT and I have to alter the recipe considerably).. if I were to use LorAnn Brandy flavor oil, how much would you think I would need to use to substitute for the previously mentioned brandy/essence amounts?
