I know there are a ton of posts about this topic but I am looking specifically for help with doing the tasting at the clients home. Many people said that while they are tasting the cakes, they will walk away so they can do it privately. But if I am at their home then I kind of have to sit there right? Or should I just be discussing everything with them and then leave and have them do the tasting alone? This is my first time doing a tasting. Any advice is appreciated thank you!
