I made a cake and wanted to frost it with canoli cream frosting..I didnt strain my ricotta cheese and the recipe also called for cream cheese, but my frosting came out very grainy is there anyway to fix that. I didnt want.to keep adding more powdered sugar to make it over sweet. Please help!!
