I need to bake a Cinderella doll cake (where the skirt is the cake) for my granddaughter. I will bake the cake on Saturday, decorate it with fondant on Sunday and leave Tuesday morning to drive to Virginia (day and a half drive). Her birthday is Wednesday. Any suggestions on how to keep this cake intact for the long drive? Weather should not be too hot, but I'm concerned about the length of time - 3 days from decorating til serving. Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions.
