Hello Everyone,

I am attempting to bake some Macadamia Nut Cookies for my coworker birthday party. The recipe says to use 4 oz of white chocolate chunks. I went to 4 different stores and couldn’t find any  white chocolate chunks. Then I realized that I am probably supposed to buy a white chocolate bar and chop it up. Could you please tell me which white chocolate bar is the best to be used  for these cookies?

Thank You

I mean pretty much any brand -- I've tried some high falutin' chocolate and I wasn't especially impressed at all -- din really taste good -- I like my own less expensive favorites -- baker's brand makes a nice white chocolate -- like where the baking bars of choco are in the grocery store in the baking aisle -- they should sell white chocolate chips too --- not sure why you can't find any --

You could even use choco chips or candy melts (chopped in 1/2)

Thank you for responding

I was looking for them already chopped into chunks. I will try the bakers brand bar.

I use Ghirardelli white chocolate chips in my Macadamia nut cookies.
