Can someone please tell me why my royal icing is doing this? I've never had this problem before with shipping and now I'm getting a bunch of complaints about them. 

Oh my goodness - I’m really sorry...that is so stressful!! Unfortunately it could be a number of factors you just have to rule out. I’m assuming you’re using the same ingredients for your royal icing, same brand dyes, letting them dry for the same amount of time and shipping at same speed in same packaging without any crazy weather changes?!
