Hi, everyone. I'm fairly new to decorating. I've followed wilton and cake boss' directions on making buttercream roses but they always come out with jagged edges. What am I doing wrong?Jagged Edge RoseJagged Edge RoseJagged Edge Rose

I don't think you're doing anything wrong. I love when my roses come out with more jagged edges; they're not perfect in nature, either.

But, you could thin the buttercream just a touch and see if it gives you a smoother petal.
