Hi. There. I have strawberry chiffon cake with fondant that is due Saturday. Can I do it the day before (friday) and refrigerate it for delivery on Saturday. Thank you
i’m allergic to whipping eggs separately so I don’t do chiffon — but if you are using oil and I think you do it will probably be ok — but i’ll stand corrected if a true blue chiffoner says different —
but if you’re using fresh or frozen strawberries it needs to be fridged — I would also fridge a cake with any kind of jam in it too — although strawberry sleeve filling doesn’t usually have to be fridged
