I am making a cake for a woman tomorrow. She wanted it decorated with fondant and filled with whipped cream. I filled it with the cream and put the buttercream crumb coat. I stuffed it into the freezer and went out and planned on making my fondant later and covering it. Will the filling be ok? Will it be all runny? How do I store this overnight? The woman is picking it up at 8:30am tomorrow. Can I put it in the fridge will the fondant sweat? Please help! Also I forgot I could put gelatine in the cream to stabilize it so I didn’t do that.

As for keeping overnight I ‘d put it in the frig in a cake box   Any sweating will be on the box   If there is any on the cake just tell the lady not to touch it until it evaporates
