I love Duncan Hines white cake mix. I use whole eggs as opposed to egg whites though. But since my store doesn't sell many flavors of Duncan I have started to use Betty Crocker for my chocolate cakes. I am also a fan of using the WASC recipe because it makes tasty cakes/cupcakes but it also extends the amount of batter which is great for my taller cupcake liners I like to use.
