Hi!

I want to make homemade yoghurt for cakes. That's why I need to buy a yoghurt maker. I found good variants here but really newbie in it. Does anybody try one of them? Or has better suggestions?

depending on how much you want to spend -- I can make yogurt in my food dehydrator -- so you might want to combine the processes and get more bang for you buck I have a $200 excaliber brand parralex food dehydrator -- has 8 or 9 plastic trays not the stainless 

and like forty years ago I had a yogurt maker and it worked great— I don’t think there’s a great deal of technicality to them — they just need to hold the temp steady for whatever period of time — look for you favorite price point and go for it — i’d want individual glass containers with lids —
