I want to airbrush a 14", 12", 10' and 8" round cake with americolor maroon airbrush paint. I was wondering how much would I need. I have a 9oz bottle and already ordered 2 more . Would that be sufficient if I have to use a generous amount. Thanks for any recommendations.

Can I use a liquid food color instead of americolor airbrush color to airbrush my cake? What's the difference?

that’s plenty — airbrush color is made to flow through the brush perfectly so stick with that — can other paint mediums be used yes but with varying degrees of success, just depends — so you got it right already +1

Using other than made for airbrush colors can damage the airbrush over time   You might not notice right away
