Hey guys! So lately I’ve been looking at buying printable edible images of the copyrighted characters, so that I can make themed cakes— kinda like buying the toys. However, on Amazon, there a lot of these products, and I find myself wondering now if these would be ok to use; does the product have to say that it’s licensed for it to be ok to use? I’m currently looking at some  Pokémon edible images for my sister’s gender reveal cake, so I won’t be selling it or anything.

That’s what I was thinking.  Is decopack and photocake the only places that sell them legally?

As I remember Decopack items will be saleable *IF* you decorate them *EXACTLY* as they provide instructions for — including the exact colors   anyway I think so
