Hey everyone, I’m currently a pastry student and I have a research paper due, and I chose to do it on Joseph A. Lambeth, does anyone know where I can find information about him. I have search and searched and searched, I even had the librarian at my college search and I can’t find anything on him. I currently own his book, but there is nothing in the book about him, just his decorating and pastries. If anyone knows anything, please let me know, I’m down to the wire....
