Hi everyone, quick question. I’m looking to get some 9x2 inch round cake pans and am debating between magic line or Fat Daddio. I have a few Fat Daddio pans and really like them because of the fact that they are anodized so no funky flavors will leach out to the food.
I’ve heard wonderful things about magic line but I know they are not anodized(at least the 9x2) and was wondering if anyone had ever experienced any weird tastes especially when baking something that had more acidic ingredients like a lemon cake etc.
