Can anyone tell me what does unicorn decoration is made out of and how is made.

Exactly what amandalee4 said. You can print a picture from the internet, in the size you want the unicorn to be, and use it as a templet to cut out your unicorn and for painting the features. Roll out your gum paste pretty thick and smooth off the edges with your fingertips until they are sort of rounded. It gives your piece a classy look instead of just cut out. Allow about a week for it to thoroughly dry.
