Hi everyone,

Just wondering what brand of pre-made fondant you all use to decorate sugar cookies? I've made MMF a few times now, and while I love the taste, I find it too sticky and difficult to work with (perhaps it's the Australian weather).

Also, are there any fellow Aussies here who have tried the Menina brand fondant? It's suppose to stand up to 38 degree temperatures, so I'm thinking of giving it a try.

Thanks!

I have found Wilton’s with extra extract kneaded in to be good    I know many don’t like it but boosting up the flavoring does a world Of good
