Hi, I've been asked to make a two layer number cake in a 2 and a 1 shape. I have the shaped tins measuring 14"x10", meaning I won't need to trim any cake off as they will be baked in the number shapes. Can anyone approximately tell me how many people this cake would serve because I have no idea!

This might be a duplicate post - not sure.  Seems to me I've seen this ? with some replies.

Your pan should serve about 35 - especially if 2 layers.  But then you have to take off for the carving into the numbers.  You change for all the servings (35).
