So my daughter has requested a bananna cake for her birthday cake. I was hoping to make a 8 inch layered cake. So reading other posts, its mentioned that the confettti cake recipe book has an amazing recipe, but I cant find it, plus the ebook isn't for sale at the moment. Could someone please post it, thank you kindly.
Southern Living's Hummingbird Cake is the best banana cake that I've ever eaten. I have been making it since it's introduction in 1978 and have never met anyone who didn't love it.
