Other than the basics like ovens and mixers what specialty equipment would be needed if the main focus of the bakery was cakes but also included cookies and cupcakes

Measuring cups/ spoons, baking pans, one of those icing smoothing doohickies, cook books, and a good imagination.

Contact of wholesale companies for ordering supplies ; many duplicates of pans etc. drying/cooling racks: refrigerator/freezer; storage racks or shelves-something like that.
