Hi everyone, I’m going to be baking roughly 250 cookies for the week of Valentine’s Day, but I have NO clue how to store them before OR after they’re iced. I plan to decorate them in batches over the course of 2-3 days, but I don’t want them to lose air and get stale. What would you recommend??? SOS

Place in sheet cake box; can be stacked 2 or 3 layers with wax paper between each layer.    Best way to store them is to fz but if you don't have the room then wrap the box in a big plastic bag or several layers of plastic wrap.
