She wants a cake that looks like the wolf in red riding hood has had his stomach cut open and rocks put inside.

Dont ‘t even know if I’m doing this yet - I’m already doing 4 kind of cupcakes and all the savory food.
Where do start with something like this?! Thinking if I did do it, a 9x13 would be the bed and I may be able to use the half football mold for the shape of the adomen..

I would be telling her that if she wants that then she needs to go to elsewhere because you already have your hands full with other things.
It is not that the request is strange that puts me off, it is because it is so specific, which sends up a red flag. It makes me think that if you do not exactly duplicate her vision, she will not be happy. We all know it is impossible to see into another's mind, so trying to replicate such a detailed order is tricky. At the very most, I would make a wolf's head with red hood, not even a body.
