Hi to all.

To day I made 2 tire cake and found out it bit higher then it should be. From pic of cake I have to make for someone.

Would like to know how to remove top layer of cake and cut it with out destoring cake.

Personally, I would leave it alone.  I think it looks great as is.  No sense dismantling it (which could ruin the finish or cause damage) just to chop off what may be barely an inch difference.

Totally agree with Freckles0829, leave it as is.  It looks beautiful and there is very little difference anyway.
