Hi all,

  I’m in search of a mold.  I’m trying to make an edible (more like candy than cake; it’ll be a prize at a shower) dagger.

  I want the wicked looking kind, a la Once Upon a Time.

  All the molds I’ve found are more Medieval.  Would anyone be able to help?

I would print out a picture in the size you want the actual dagger to be and use it as a template.  Make it from fondant with Tylose added or pastillage and let it dry for many days prior to t he party.  The handle can be made like a unicorn horn, wrapping a roll of fondant around a skewer.  Once it has dried, the details can be painted on.
