Gold Drip??

I have to make a cake similar to the attached picture and i am looking for advice on how to make the gold drip Gold Drip??

I would make a white chocolate ganache to use as the drip and then once it has set, paint over it with gold luster dust mixed with alcohol.

what ratio do you recommend for white chocolate ganache drip?

Yep, that's the way to do it............but standard "gold luster dust" isn't edible, so make sure that what you use IS edible by reading the ingredients on the label and being certain that it doesn't say "non toxic" or "for decoration only".

K8, their products are gorgeous.  They are very upfront about their ingredients and which products are edible in the US.  They have a few things that aren't US approved, but they clearly mark those and show their alternatives.
