I’m doing my first craft market in 3 weeks. There are 5000 people expected to attend over 2 days. I’m bringing cupcakes, macarons and meringues. Can anyone with experience give me an idea of how many of each I should have with me available for sale??? I’m terrified lol
It might help to know if there will be others selling the same or very similar things you are. I suggest you do as many as you can turn out and still be alive HAHA.....then when you sell out just go home happy. Don't kill yourself trying to make 5000 or more items. You may find this market is not into purchasing baked goods or you may find lots of buyers for a single cupcake or cookie to eat on the spot rather than buying to take home for a big family.
