How Do I Get A Dusty Blue ( Not Teal )...in My Buttercream?

please help..everthing I use turns teal blue.I need a dusty blue or a grey-ish blue..williamsburg blue, etc

any advise will be great appreciated

I would add a lot of grey to the teal. To make grey use a lot of white and a small amount of black.
