Tooled Leather Look For Wedding Cake

I am looking for advice/help guidance on how to make this tooled leather look. I am scheduled to make a 3 tiered wedding cake for a rustic barn wedding. This is the picture she gave me. I have some leeway but she really wants this leather look. Any resources you have, advice?
well i'm gonna do a big fat guess that these were done on modeling chocolate panels -- see the vertical bands there every so often? and tandy leather has tons of patterns -- they do have some stencils but this is repeated so accurately -- i'd want to locate a pattern to impress on there or something -- happy hunting -- i mean i would even use a wide belt with the pattern i wanted --
hobby lobby has a western print fabric -- it's plastic like a fuzzy flannel backed tablecloth type material but it's an all over print -- not a placement print like this -- but keep looking for a template -- check the leather tooling sections of the hobby stores and etc like tandy leather --
then airbrush or dust with choco to get the pretty shading
but it's really just scrolls and feathers and flowers -- that one side of the feather turns into a scroll -- and the middle front facing flower and a right and left hand flower --
it's a gorgeous cake
yes what lynne said -- and with modeling choco you can carve into it too then use the heat in your fingers to smooth over it -- so it's all the same color
