I’ve got to make a cake for a friends birthday on Sunday. However I have to make it on Thursday to give to my friend. I want to make a chocolate cake. What receipt is best that will stay moist for a few days. It will be iced in fondant too.

Can't get much better than this:) It will last 3-4 days at room temp (under 80 degrees F) and another couple of days if refrigerated from Thurs to Sunday.
