Hi I started doing cakes for my son years ago and stopped when he turned 10.  Now I have nephews and just did one for their birthday.  Well it sparked my love. The cake I recently made was 48 cupcakes put together to look like a cake.  I am signed up to take offical decorting classes as everything so far has been trial and error.  I would like to start making for buisness in the future I have looked up pricing for sheet cakes and cup cakes however have not seen a price for a combo.  Any advice would be appricated. I would like to have a good plan before starting to take orders.

Thank youPricing Help

Basically most price by the # of servings one get from any creation.   So your cupcake cake would be prices the same as any other cake that would serve the same #.....any cake yielding 48 servings.   As for your base price per serving that would have to include sooooo much including but not limited to insurance, packaging, utilities, rent, cost of ingredients, etc, etc.
