I just did a sample rice crispie treat rounds, stacked and filled with choc ganache and topped with candy and cookies for an upcoming grooms cake.

He loved it.

3 tiers for 100

How do I cut these to serve it at the wedding!!??

It was hard to cut just the sample made fresh today?

Help!!??

I think a very sharp, serrated bread knife would work.

i think i would try & see how it does if you score it first -- then you'll just mostly have to loosen the ganache -- that might work

Could you still get the same design by using / making the rkt in squares? Or pie wedges?  Then it becomes almost like a pull-apart cupcake design with less chance of toppling the whole thing at the event.  it would take a lot more ganache but then when you cut it you're just cutting through the ganache

idk if it would work but it might be worth a test-run

Interested in what others have to say

Good luck!

Is this cake already created?  Or did you just do a test for the groom and now will make the 'real' cake?   If already created, then the very sharp knife is probably the only thing.   If you are going to make the 3 tiers consider the other suggestions of scoring/creating wedges.
