Hello friends, pls I just relocated to Johannesburg and I've been looking out for a place where I can train more in my cake decorating skills. Pls does anyone know anyplace or friend who I can be referred to. I don't mind doing a free job. I just want to be around someone that is excellent at cakes and confectionery.

Wumzy, I live out in the sticks were there is no such thing as decorating classes. I learned everything I know by watching YouTube videos, Craftsy on-line classes and from experienced decorators in forums like this one. Edna De la Cruz's site, Design Me A Cake, if a fabulous place to start. She is a wonderful teacher and has many free tutorials, as well as a line of more detailed tutorials which are for sale.
