I have a few questions, what size do you think each tier of this cake is and how would you go about creating the cake topper? also how much would you charge to do this cake?

The sizes are off to me. I guess the bottom has a 2 or 3 inch difference, and the top is only an inch bigger than the middle tier? It looks odd to me. lol. As for the topper you can print a template and cut it out then wrap it around an object of some sort and allow it to dry. But definitely make it ahead of time!

I agree w/gigglebox - it is a bit off.      My guess on the sizes is 10", 7",5" - maybe 6"but the top would be only 3" tall.    It doesn't matter what size the pictured cake is really.   More important is how many servings you need?
