Hi!

I'm making some s'mores cupcakes... planning on making a marshmallow frosting (egg whites, etc) and toasting the night prior.  How will these stay for the following day?  How should I store them?

Thanks!

Emily

I am not familiar with marshmallow frosting and haven't a clue what you mean when you say "toasting".  That sounds like real marshmallows to me???  Sorry, I'm no help.

You can 'toast' your icing by using a small blow torch..........I saw a commercial on t.v. about making s'mores cupcakes and that's what they showed.
