Boyfriend wants a chocolate cake for his birthday. He wants it to be super chocolate overload. Also requested Oreos in between the layers
I was was thinking of doing a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and Oreos in the middle of the layers. Then chocolate frosting on the outside and ganache on top.
I was debating adding ganache to the middle but do you guys think that would be too much?
Also any favorite recipes for chocolate cake?
