Hi, I am looking at starting a business and and am wondering about cake storage. Is there a particular type of fridge that I need to store cakes finished in buttercream and airbrushed in colouring or ones finished in fondant? Or is it just a close to room temp setting that any fridge can do?

And is there any particular brands I should look into? I need all the help I can get! Thank you!

The best would be a non self-defrosting one.   When a frig self-defrosts it is constantly removing moisture thereby dries out whatever it put in it.
