I need help with a cake! 

I have been asked to make this peaky blinder cake in 2 weeks, I've attached a picture below of what she wants, and I'm struggling to find a way for the houses and car on the bottom tier? I've never painted on a cake before and i am trying to avoid it as i don't think i could do it!

any suggestions?

I would try to find a pic and have an edible print made.  Maybe put the car in seperate - cut from fondant or gumpaste - over the print.

I like the edible print idea.  Or you could do two fondant pieces cut in that shape to give the right perspective and paint on those pieces.  Same for the car.
