Need help,

I have a fondant icing of a PlayStation controller. It's all dried and set but has now broken in half!

What is the best way to fix back together and to hide the cracks?

Thanks

I'm sorry no one has been able to offer you any suggestions.  I certainly can't either but want you to know your post hasn't been just ignored and hopefully by now you have figured out something yourself.

You can make edible glue from tylose and water. It takes a while to turn to a gel consistency. Use a thin layer on one side of the broken piece and hold the pieces together for as long as possible and let it dry.

Good luck.
