Good Afternoon!

I'm new here and didn't have a chance to check all the forums, so please forgive me if I'm repeating someone else's question...

Can you please let me know what brand of butter are you guys using for your buttercreams? (NJ and NY area).

Also, can yourecommend a brand of gold edible paint to use on fondant ( for brush painting and airbrushing) please?
