Help With An Extra High Cake Stack Sizing

A customer has asked for a extra high (all the same size) cake stack to feed 200 people. I was thinking either 4x 10 inch rounds or 5x 8 inch rounds. The cake is a caramel white marble mud cake. Please help me as I am horrible with sizing
