Why do my Bundt cakes come out like this. The sides are always lower than the middle. Too much Baker's Joy in the pan? Bundt Cake Problem

Looks like maybe you overfilled the pan. Still looks yummy though. I also get that shape on my cupcakes when I start them in a high temperature oven. So maybe less batter and lower cooking temperature.

I am not real sure what you are asking???  I see that the cake rose up to a rounded top when baking.  Is that what you are asking about?  If so, like whatthedogate suggest, a lower baking temperature for a longer period of time will help achieve a flatter top.

I agree w/the others......too much batter & too hot an oven.
