I need to make a 3 tiered drip cake. Should I did the ganache drip before stacking or after stacking? I use the stacking system from Global Sugar Arts to stack.
Thank you for any advice you may have.

I guess that would depend upon the look you are want to achieve. Personally, I would like to do it already stacked, so the drips could barely run down onto the tier below it.
