What is the best tasting and easy to use red candy melt?

it's been years since I used any........but usually my only choice was Wilton's.  Don't know if any new brands/kinds are out there these days.

Wilton is the only colored candy melts I've seen, as well.  I have not used red, but I use black all the time to make modeling chocolate and they are good.  I've also used the dark chocolate, which is made with real chocolate and tented it black.  Doesn't take a lot of food coloring that way.
