Can i use a pouring white chocolate ganache for Peti fours and or cake. Not a fan of pourable fondant?
Sure it can be done - if you have the patience:) I'm not a fan either. The few times I have tried it I ended up not getting them covered completely and after doing maybe a 1/2 dz I just stopped & covered each peti four w/rolled fondant.
